Meditation Courses

  • Kundalini Yoga is a practice that has been passed on through thousands of years and was introduced to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the 1970’s and its techniques form an owner’s manual for human consciousness.
  • This course will teach a variety of meditations using the breath, mudras and mantra. The general purpose of Kundalini Yoga meditations is to clear your subconscious mind and for more specific aims such as stress repair, clearing anger, mental balance, self healing and to aid restful sleep. They are simple and easy techniques to learn and so would suit beginners and experienced meditators with the only requirement being the ability to sit quietly.
  • Michele Nurnberger has been teaching Art part time in a Secondary School for 19 years and has practiced Yoga since 1987, Kundalini Yoga for 10 years. Personal experience of the benefits of yoga and her interest in human consciousness led her to train as a Children’s Yoga teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master
  •  4 week courses run on Sundays between 5pm to 6pm 
    The course aims to equip you to start home practice of the breath and mantra meditations of Kundalini Yoga. There are many meditations available with a range of intentions e.g. to find peace and happiness within, to improve memory, to counter ‘brain drain’, for self healing, powerful energy or for prosperity.
  • New Summer Drop in Course starts Sunday 11th June and will be at Peckham Rye (Depending on weather).
  • Please arrive 15 mins before the class, as class will start at 5pm prompt
  • Price for 4 weeks: £40 or £12 per session.
